Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with BioPawsLLC. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Customized / Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products—including items with specified measurements, names, color selections, or special requests—are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted details are accurate and final.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After this timeframe, orders may have already entered production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, especially for custom items.
3. Non-Customized Items
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions below.
4. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in original condition
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
BioPawsLLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
5. Sizing & Measurement Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. BioPawsLLC is not liable for improper fit due to incorrect measurements.
Sizing guides are provided as a reference only. Items that do not fit due to customer error are not eligible for return or exchange if customized.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at Biopawsco@gmail.com within the 14-day return window. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is defective or incorrect
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
BioPawsLLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier.
10. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge:
• Products are intended for pet use only
• BioPawsLLC is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper fit, or failure due to excessive force or wear
• Customers must ensure proper fit and regularly inspect products
Use of all products is at your own risk.
11. Normal Wear & Tear
Damage caused by chewing, misuse, or excessive force is not considered a defect. Normal wear over time is expected and not covered.
12. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Customized or personalized items
• Final sale items
• Used or worn items
• Items returned outside the return window
13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may be considered fraudulent
• BioPawsLLC reserves the right to submit this policy, order details, and proof of delivery to dispute any chargeback claims
• Customers agree to contact BioPawsLLC directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a dispute
