Shipping times are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note:
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
• BioPawsLLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other transit issues

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected carrier.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure the package can be received at the delivery location.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
• Refunds will not include original shipping fees

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BioPawsLLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
• Please contact your local carrier and/or file a claim
• BioPawsLLC may assist but is not liable for replacement or refund

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

8. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

BioPawsLLC is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
